In this age of the 24-hour "Breaking News" cycle, it's very unusual to find a common sense individual in the health field addressing the cancer epidemic, much less someone from the allopathic community. When it does happen I want to be on the front lines of spreading the word, as most people still defer to their doctors for advice on how to deal with such matters. Case in point; the following piece written by someone who was covered by the mainstream media.

SLIPPERY ELM and AMERICAN SAFFRON TEA

Slippery Elm Bark and American Saffron Tea

PRODUCT: Slippery Elm Bark and American Saffron Tea

When I first started experimenting with the two teas suggested in the Readings for addressing psoriasis, I gravitated in the direction of putting both herbs together in a single tea bag for convenience sake. Although a lot of people liked the idea, eventually I figured out the best way to use them was separated, and at different times of the day and night. Mr. Cayce suggested just a pinch of the American Saffron be placed in a cup of boiling water and allowing it to stand for 30 minutes prior to straining and drinking. He also suggested the best time for this cup of tea was just before retiring, and he seemed to indicate that you could take a cup every night. The Slippery Elm Bark on the other hand is more of a morning tea, being consumed perhaps every other day, by placing a pinch in hot water and leaving it stand for just a few minutes before straining. It's a subtle difference, but when you are dealing with the means by which you bring the lower G.I. Tract back into balance with the overall system, these subtle adjustments can make a difference. Of course this is only one aspect of the Cayce approach to correcting the eliminations, which is the core issue with these kinds of conditions, but a comprehensive approach ensures not only correcting the imbalance, but also making sure it's not a reoccurring issue.
